    Everybody may ask us by E-Mail to solve a special project which does not necessarily have to be directly connected to the learning unit the individual student goes through at that given moment. However, the asked for project may not be of a higher technical level than the existing learning level. If this were the case we would decline a request with an explanation.

    Projects must be paid separately and will be in a fee range from US $ 80 (beginner level) to US $ 300 (advanced level). Please see also the list of different fees.

     

    What do we differ to the available books on the market?

    There are many books available entitled "The Complete Goldsmith" etc, which illustrate an extremely small part of the profession and people spend too much money for a little bit of info. Mostly these books only offer bare surface knowledge without any type of measurements which would be truly helpful for the interested user in completing a project accurately.

    Our overall teaching focus is to enable the student to learn basic skills in order to fulfil their desire in making their own jewellery. This is quite the opposite of all the books and other informational web sites which offer nice picture/image solutions but improper or incomprehensive technical advice.

    There are endless colourful books on the market and they are really soothing to the inspired "student". However if people attempt to achieve a even a nearly acceptable result they will very likely become disappointed.

    In the same way all the information is meant to be very valuable for professional starters. We will extend our learning courses into "Advanced Jewellery I and "Advanced Jewellery II" in the future.
